Terms of Service — UseToolz

These Terms govern your use of UseToolz.ru (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. General

Сервис предоставляет бесплатные онлайн-инструменты с ИИ для работы с PDF, изображениями, видео, музыкой, текстом и кодом, а также ИИ-чат на основе языковых моделей. Большинство инструментов доступны без регистрации.

2. Registration and account

Registration is optional for using core tools.
Registration with email verification is required for favorites and extended AI chat features.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
One user — one account. Mass account creation is prohibited.

3. AI Chat and AI Tools

AI chat uses third-party language models. Your message text is sent to providers to generate responses. Data may be transferred outside the Russian Federation.
AI image tools (AI Upscaler, background removal) send uploaded files to the server for neural network processing. Images are deleted immediately after processing and are not stored.
AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of AI responses.
Do not enter sensitive data in the chat: passwords, bank card numbers, passport details.
Using AI chat to generate illegal content, spam, or malicious code is prohibited.
Chat history is stored for 30 days and automatically deleted.

4. Rules of use

Prohibited:

Using the Service to violate Russian Federation laws
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Creating excessive load on Service servers (DDoS, mass requests)
Circumventing Service restrictions and limits
Using automated tools (bots, scripts) without administration permission

5. Paid services

Terms for paid services are detailed in the Public Offer Agreement.

The Service provides paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro) and credit packages (Pay-as-you-go).

A subscription provides monthly credits and access to enhanced quality tools (UseToolz AI Pro).
Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
Separately purchased credit packages (PAYG) never expire.
Free tools (dev, SEO, marketing, utilities, PDF) are available to all users without credit limits.

6. Payment and refunds

Полные условия оплаты и возвратов описаны в Public Offer Agreement.

Payments are processed via Robokassa.
Подписка продлевается автоматически. Уведомление о списании направляется по email не позднее чем за 1 день.
Договор является абонентским (ст. 429.4 ГК РФ). Условия возврата описаны в Оферте.
Для возврата напишите на admin@usetoolz.ru с указанием email аккаунта.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We are not responsible for the results of using tools and AI responses.
The user is responsible for how they use the Service's output.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of the Service are the property of UseToolz.ru. Tool outputs and AI chat responses belong to the user.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Политикой конфиденциальности. By registering, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved in accordance with current Russian Federation legislation.
