Questions
Can it be without a shadow?
Yes. Turn «Shadow» off before processing — the product stays on pure white without a shadow.
What if it did not work?
If the AI found no product or the processing failed, the credits or the free try come back by themselves. Try a photo where the product is larger and the background differs in colour.
Also: remove the background (transparent PNG), improve photo quality, compress a photo.
