This Privacy Policy describes how UseToolz.ru (the "Service") collects, processes, and protects users' personal data. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. What data we collect

On registration: email address, password (stored encrypted).

When using AI chat: message text, attached files, selected mode, IP address.

Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, visit time (via Yandex.Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru/VK Ads pixel).

When paying: transaction data (amount, date, status). Bank card data is processed by Robokassa and does not reach our server.

Free tools (no registration): most tools (JSON, regex, password generator, converters, PDF, etc.) run client-side — in your browser. No data is sent to the server.

Server-side tools: some tools require server processing: HTTP headers, DNS, Whois, OG checker, SEO analysis. Only the URL/domain being checked is transmitted.

AI tools: AI chat, rewriting, summarizing, image generation, video, music, photo enhancement, background removal, colorization, restoration — require transmitting data (text, images) to third-party provider servers for processing (see section 4). Some AI tools are available without registration with daily limits, others require authorization.

3. Purposes of data processing

Account operation, favorite tools and generation history
Providing AI tools: chat, rewriting, summarizing, image generation, video, music, photo processing
Usage tracking, credit and subscription management
Sending email verification codes
Security and abuse prevention
Service improvement and traffic analytics

4. Third-party data sharing

To power the AI tools, data is shared with third-party providers. Under Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, data may be transferred outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer). Providers used:

OpenRouter (USA) — processing requests for AI chat, rewriter and summarizer
Replicate (USA) — image processing: upscaling, background removal, colorizing, restoration
fal.ai (USA) — image and video generation
Kie.ai / Suno (USA) — music generation

Only the data needed to provide the service is shared with providers (request text, image). Email, password and other personal data are not shared.

Payment data: payments are processed by Robokassa LLC (Robokassa). We do not receive or store bank card details. Payment data processing is governed by the Robokassa policy.

Yandex.Metrica (counter #107062308) by Yandex LLC is used for analytics. WebVisor is enabled. Form field data is automatically masked.

For advertising campaign optimization, we use the Top.Mail.Ru counter (VK Ads pixel, ID 3755902) provided by VK LLC. The counter collects anonymized page visit data.

5. Data retention periods

Account (email, password) — until account deletion by user
Chat history and files — 30 days from last message
Generation results (images, video, music) — 24 hours for authorized users, 1 hour for guests
Transaction and credit history — until account deletion
Favorite tools — until account deletion
Yandex.Metrica data — per Yandex policy
Top.Mail.Ru / VK Ads data — per VK LLC privacy policy

6. Data protection

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Verification codes are hashed and valid for 15 minutes. Connection is HTTPS-secured. Database access is restricted.

7. Your rights

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" you have the right to:

Request information about your data processing
Request correction, blocking, or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent to personal data processing

To exercise these rights, email admin@usetoolz.ru. We will process your request within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The Service uses cookies for:

Authentication and session management
Saving your language and theme preferences
Analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Top.Mail.Ru / VK Ads)

9. Policy changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the updated Policy.
